Billy Elliot the Musical in Philadelphia
The Musical Billy Elliot is coming to the City of Philadelphia for twelve days. Billy Elliot is very vibrant and electrifying and should not be missed. The New York Post says the musical will be “the Best show you’ll ever see”.
Billy Elliot is set in a small English town. Billy stumbles out of the boxing ring and into a ballet class, in which he discovers a surprising talent for dance that happens to inspire his family and the community around him, changing his life forever.
The musical is based on the internationally acclaimed film, Billy Elliot, which has won ten 2009 Tony Awards® in 2009, to include Best Musical. Elton John is a part of this production, bringing his experience of music to this musical. Overall, you get to experience Billy’s journey against the odds to make his dreams come true.
