This weekend kicks off with First Friday arts and the continuation of Terror Behind The Walls and Scary Factual Stories with Grim Philly. During the weekend enjoy the Apple Festival at Peddler’s Village, magic shows, farmers’ markets, and much more. The weekend ends with the Veterans Day Parade, an Irish Session at the Plough and the Stars and the Philadelphia Eagles. In a protest cabaret emceed by a cantankerous Fern, plants finally get to tell us how they really feel about how we treat them. From lambasting vegetarians to pining after careless caretakers, flowers, weeds, and vegetables make their case for plants rights.
