• PAWS Mutt Strut ~ October 14 ~ Held at The Navy Yard (4500 South Broad St) with check-in at 9 am & Strut starting at 11 am!  The 11th Annual PAWS Mutt Strut is where dogs and the people who love them will enjoy a fall festival and walk the scenic route in the Navy Yard. Last year’s Mutt Strut raised over $120,000 for PAWS’ lifesaving efforts. PAWS is Philadelphia’s largest rescue partner and is working to make it a no-kill city. • East Passyunk Fall Fest & Spooky Saturday ~ October 28 ~ 11 am to 4 pm. Held at The Singing Fountain area. Kids will be able to decorate pumpkins, Halloween-themed create arts and crafts, participate in a costume contest, enjoy treats, listen to live music and much more. ~ East Passyunk Fall Fest & Spooky Saturday ~ 
• PumpkinFest at South Street Headhouse District ~ October 28 ~ Noon to 5 pm outside the Shambles of South Street Headhouse Distict. Fun for all ages! • First Friday’s in Old City~ November 3 ~ Starts at 5 pm. Your chance to visit Art Galleries throughout Old City after normal hours. You will be able to talk to the art directors and possibly some of Philadelphia’s local artists. The night is FREE to attend w/ a variety of food and drink specials.
