Welcome XFINITY Live !!! A new state of the art sports complex that will be showcasing dining establishments, bars, shopping, and entertainment options in South Philadelphia. This Philadelphia Sports Complex will be located where part of the Spectrum use to be and is right next door to Philadelphia’s main 3 sports complexes; the Wells Fargo Center, Citizens Bank Park and Lincoln Financial Field.

XFINITY Live Experience & Atmosphere

This 60,000-square-foot palace will wow you with such features as :

  • a pro-quality 300-foot artificial turf field that will play host to numerous outdoor activities and sports leagues,
  • a 24-foot wide outdoor LED video board,
  •  32-foot million-dollar indoor LED screen,
  • a mechanical bull,
  • and a live stage for outdoor events and concerts

Hey Philadelphia, can it get much better? Yes it can, because the Grand Opening will feature a free live concert with Third Eye Blind performing. The doors will open at 4pm on March 30 and the free concert will start at 8pm.

XFINITY Live in Philadelphia will feature 6 dining and entertainment venues in the new Philadelphia Sports Complex.

  • The Philly MarketPlace – The Philly MarketPlace is an open area that will showcase many local institutions including The Original Philadelphia Cheesesteak Co., Chickie’s & Pete’s, and Old Original Nick’s Roast Beef, with more to be announced shortly. It will also feature a VIP lounge, custom draft tables, a raw bar, and world-class sports viewing. Lastly, it will support the Comcast SportsNet Ticker, over 100-feet of LED ribbon showing live sports scores and top news.

 

  • Broad Street Bullies Pub – This pub will feature authentic memorabilia from the legendary Broad Street Bullies team of the 1970’s. It will specialize in gourmet burgers and classic pub fare, with an extensive variety of beer to include 48 drafts on tap.

 

  • Spectrum Grill – Created in memory of the Spectrum itself, this intimate atmosphere and an extraordinary dining experience will feature prime steaks, chops, and seafood, and will host one of Philadelphia’s finest cocktail parties nightly.

 

  • PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Bar and Grill – This western themed venue, Professional Bull Riders restaurant, will duplicate its successful concept in Philadelphia from other markets to include – Las Vegas, Houston, Baltimore, and Kansas City. The establishment with offer authentic Tex-Mex cuisine which will be served during the day and a country & southern rock party at night that will feature a mechanical bull.

 

  • Victory Beer Hall – In partnership with Philadelphia’s Victory Brewing Company, the Victory Beer Hall will feature elongated, beer hall style tables, a stage for live indoor entertainment, and a 2,000 square-foot patio complete with a fire pit and a unique panoramic view of the Philadelphia skyline. The Hall’s signature will be its celebration of craft beer, featuring an eclectic selection of regional Philadelphia brews.

 

  • NBC Sports Arena – Philadelphia has been chosen to host the first ever, NBC Sports Arena, at XFINITY Live! This arena will offer a full service menu, a 32-foot diagonal Sony LED HD television, high impact LED Rings displaying the NBC Sports Ticker, and in-game promotions.

XFINITY Live, a sports complex in Philadelphia, will be open every day, regardless of whether there is an event in the sports complex. This will begin on March 30 with the grand opening and normal hours will be from 11 am to 2 am. This is not only exciting for the City of Philadelphia when it comes to sports and events in Philadelphia, but this will supply 800 permanent jobs in Philadelphia, as stated from developer Reed Cordish, of The Cordish Group.
