- Curry Laksa: A fragrant coconut curry broth finished with basil oil, fried tofu, and mushrooms.
- Shoyu Paitan: A silky chicken broth featuring black garlic, nori, and tamago.
- Tonkotsu 3.0: A Hakata-style pork ramen loaded with chashu, chicharron, corn, tamago, and peppered cabbage.
