Things To Do In Philadelphia – Father’s Day & the Start of Summer
‘Appreciating Dads on Father’s Day’
Can you believe that Summer officially starts next Wednesday, June 20. Who gets excited about summer!
We know people like heading to the Jersey Shore and Delaware Beaches. If you are still in the city or visiting Philly, with so many things to do in Philadelphia, so many things to explore, it could take all summer to do just that.
One thing that we want to point out and share is that it’s father’s day this weekend. With nice weather in the forecast, there are many outdoor places to visit. What does your dad like to do?
Of course being father’s day, and if you have a family, the focus can tend to sway towards the kids. How about spend some family time at the many Philadelphia Parks. How about Franklin Square, which is a great place for a family picnic, playing miniature golf, riding the merry-go-round, and more. Keep in mind that Philadelphia was named as one of the top 10 cities in the world for its parks. Read more ~ Philadelphia Parks
