Chef Grothe, a talented Filipino American and former alumnus of Oloroso brings her expertise from running Couch Café, a supper club held in her own home. This traditional Filipino dining experience emphasizes communal-style eating.

For just $85 per person, guests will be treated to a multi-course meal featuring a variety of mouthwatering dishes. The menu includes tempting options such as Lumpia Shanghai, a delicious Filipino spring roll; Collard Green Laing, a traditional dish made with coconut milk and spices; and Curried Squash Mussels, a unique blend of flavors that will impress. Guests will indulge in a delectable Mango-Turmeric Chiffon Cake for dessert to round off the incredible culinary journey.

For those looking to elevate their experience, optional wine pairings curated by in-house sommelier Gordana Kostovski are available for an additional $45 per person. These thoughtfully selected pairings will beautifully complement the flavors of each dish, enhancing the overall dining experience.
