A new culinary destination, Tierra Viva Restaurante, has officially launched at 1300 Federal Street. The eatery occupies a prominent corner space in South Philadelphia, replacing the former Chinese restaurant Lucky Star.

Situated on a busy stretch just a short walk from the vibrant East Passyunk Avenue corridor, the restaurant offers an accessible new dining option for the neighborhood. Operating daily from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tierra Viva provides flexible dining choices, including dine-in, takeout, and curbside pickup. The venue is designed as a relaxed, casual spot that accommodates everything from quick meals to sit-down family dinners.
