More Than Just a Meal, It’s an Experience

This dinner is a chance to learn directly from two culinary stars. Bruno, whose deep knowledge of Sicilian cuisine stems from frequent trips to Italy, will share her passion for traditional pasta and sauce techniques. Ingui, known for his inventive approach to farm-to-table cuisine and expertise with all things meat, will bring the steakhouse to life. Expect lively tableside demonstrations and insightful stories behind each dish.

“Janine and I are more than just collaborators – we’re high school friends,” says Ingui. “This dinner is a celebration of our shared love for food, and how far we’ve come. We’re bringing Sicily and the steakhouse together for a truly special night.”

A Menu as Unique as the Collaboration

The evening promises a culinary adventure: Hand-pulled mozzarella, a duet of Wagyu and Lancaster pork polpetti, spaghetti alla Gricia, lobster-laden Cappon Magro, a Piedmontese beef top blade filet… and that’s just a taste! Urban Farmer’s Beverage Manager and Lead Bartender have meticulously paired each course with Sicilian wines.

“Sicilian cooking is about embracing a way of life,” explains Bruno. “I’m excited to share the classic flavors and techniques of my pasta dishes alongside Urban Farmer’s fresh, farm-driven approach.”
