‘Help Support The Children Of Fallen Veterans’
Calling all music lovers, beer lovers and those who love to run!
The B the Person Musical Festival, Beer Mile and Relay takes place Saturday, June 15, at Naked Brewing Company in Huntingdon, PA.
B the Person focuses on specializing in mental health. They seek to raise awareness and money for organizations that target various populations and for specific causes. They will use the proceeds from this weekend’s event to sponsor a local veterans family program that will provide a holiday party for the children of Fallen Heroes. The Pennypack Trail Runners are also a co-sponsor of this weekend’s event. B the Person’s next event will help teenagers and depression.
This event is free to the public to enter, and food and beer will be pay-as-you-go! There will be live music and a DJ throughout the day. Chuck’s BBQ food truck will be on hand. They will be featuring down-home Texas-style barbecue using low-and-slow smoking techniques. Beer will be supplied by Naked Brewing Company, which is also the company who is hosting this event.
Here is where the fun comes into play. There will be several kinds of races and relays. Such as the individual beer mile or the team 4 x 4 beer relay. You can start a new team or join an existing team. For details, click here.
