Rooted in the scenic hills of Kosovo, the recipes trace back to their founder, affectionately known as Baba, who dedicated a lifetime to raising chickens and crafting a hot chicken recipe that evolved into a treasured family secret. Baba’s dedication and the warmth of his farmhouse kitchen profoundly influenced his three grandsons – Leo, Pep, and Jim Osmanollaj. In 2000, these enterprising brothers voyaged across the Atlantic in pursuit of the American dream, unknowingly laying the foundation to eventually transform Baba’s aspiration into reality through a fusion of their diverse talents and entrepreneurial enthusiasm.

The Osmanollaj brothers, now the proud proprietors of the M2O Group, have emerged as culinary innovators, boasting a successful string of restaurants spanning Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. Their odyssey originated from a pledge to their cherished grandfather, Baba. Each vacation to Kosovo entailed a feast at Baba’s farm, where he lovingly prepared his famed hot chicken for Leo, Pep, and Jim. The flavors weren’t merely a culinary delight but a tangible link to their heritage, igniting the brothers’ passion to share Baba’s iconic recipe with a broader audience.
