‘Home Of The Cheesesteak!’

Get ready cheesesteak lovers!

The First Annual Philadelphia Cheesesteak Festival will be held October 24 at Lincoln Financial Field from 11 am to 5 pm.  Taste over 40 different cheesesteak samplers from Philly and beyond!

The cheesesteak was first created in 1930 in South Philly. Now Philly’s signature sandwich has its own festival that will have your favorites in one area!

Attendees can sample traditional cheesesteaks, specialty creations such as cheesesteak dumplings and even try vegetarian or gluten-free variations.

The lineup includes some cheesesteak juggernauts to include Tony Luke’s, Steve’s Prince of Steaks, Pat’s King of Steaks, Dalessandro’s, Geno’s, Chubby’s Steaks, Nick’s Roast Beef, Donkey’s Place and many more.

The festival will also have live music from bands Go-Go Gadget, Stellar Magic and Blackthorn. There will be shopping, a cheesesteak competition, carnival games, an on-site zip line, mechanical bull rides, beer and a Cornhole tournament.
