‘Exploring Philly Food Trucks’
Imagine food truck heaven!
Here is your chance to experience some food that isn’t normally found during the many food events that take place around Philadelphia annually and this event will help a good cause as well.
Enjoy the Food Truck Friday the 13th event on Friday, April 13, held at the Industrial Food Truck facility located at 5200 Grays Ferry Ave in Southwest Philadelphia.
This event, which is hosted by Tony Luke Jr of Tony Lukes and John Cohl, is free to attend, but you pay-as-you-go when it comes to the food and beer. Saint Benjamin Brewing Company will be pouring $5 brews! There will be vegetarian and vegan options available, as well as an eating contest.
There will be live music by Jah People and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Philabundance, a non-profit which seeks to drive hunger out of our communities and end hunger forever.
The event is an indoor/outdoor event with tables and chairs for your comfort.
