‘One of the Largest Outdoor Arts Festivals in the Region’
It’s back, the Manayunk Arts Festival!
The 32nd annual arts festival is the largest outdoor juried arts festival that attracts over 200,000 visitors for a weekend of arts, crafts and entertainment. This year’s show will be a little smaller and will showcase vendor’s work along historic Main Street in Manayunk during the two-day celebration on June 26 and 27, 2021. The vendors will be located in parking lots along Main St, from Levering Street to Shurs Lane.
Manayunk Arts Festival Atmosphere & Experience
Artists from all over the country will sell their handmade items in individual tents.
There will be seven different categories of art for sale. Those categories are in fibers, glass and ceramics, jewelry, mixed media, painting and drawing, photography, wood and sculpture. You’ll be able to find special creations such as collages made of botanicals, scarves, one-of-a-kind wooden artistic creations and much more.
For the eighth year, there will be an emerging artist section that will feature work by up-and-coming local artists, whether they are young talent just getting into the business or artists who want to begin to make a name for themselves. Not only will they be able to showcase their work, but it will be on sale as well. The emerging artist lot is located in lot V on Lock Street, right off of Main Street!
In addition to the 115 plus artists, the restaurants and shops along Main Street will open their doors to festivalgoers with extended spots for alfresco dining and sidewalk sales.
