One Shot Coffee, originally opening in Liberties Walk in 2006, is now located on the corner of George and American Streets in Northern Liberties. Not only can you get your coffee or tea here, but they serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

One Shot Coffee Experience & Atmosphere

The handsomely renovated 2-story space has been refreshed with family heirlooms, Philadelphia industrial antiques, and furniture by local artisans. You’ll find comfortable couches and chairs seating 80 in all and a very relaxing library-like room upstairs, giving a rustic but comforting feel to the whole place.

One Shot has creative drink combinations with perfectly made lattes, delicious food, and great ambiance. Some of the menu items will switch up occasionally, adding more flavor to the establishment.

For those coffee lovers, they have custom Stumptown house blend coffee, especially the Hair Bender coffee, and fantastic specialty drinks. They are the only coffee shop in Philly to carry Stumptown Coffee’s Cold Brew “Stubbies”. Perfectly balanced coffee drink with notes of caramel and chocolate, the ice cold Stubby is a perfect by itself or poured over ice and made the way you like it.

Sweets for the sweeets. Most of the pastries are made in-house, to include their famous and made-fresh-every-day Fresh Fruit Scones and Rustic Tarts.They also serve vegan items and vegan treats.

What else can you find at One Shot Coffee? The ongoing menu has soups, salads, sandwiches, and open-face bagels. Chef Michael Thomas’ style of refined brunch includes eggs, bagels, cornbread grilled cheese, oatmeal, waffles, sides and some house made pickles.
