‘Holiday Fun at Rittenhouse Square Park’
Bring the family and friends to the Rittenhouse tree lighting celebration on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 5 pm and get into the holiday spirit.
Rittenhouse Square will embrace the holiday season by turning on a beautiful tree standing more than 30 feet tall with 5,000 twinkling lights. There will be multi-colored globes and Santa himself will be on hand to light the tree for the 2019 season.
Starting at 5 pm, there will be live entertainment, character visits, Christmas carols, Santa Claus and plenty of holiday surprises. The tree itself will be lit sometime after 5:30 pm.
In the spirit of the season, please bring a new, unwrapped toy for the CBS 3’s annual Toy Fest campaign. Toys will be distributed to deserving children by the Salvation Army, the USO and the Boys and Girls Club of Camden County.
Don’t forget to stick around the neighborhood for dinner and or shopping as well.
