Yard’s Bridge Run ~ April 15 ~ Get to Yards Brewing Co. around 6 pm (run starts @ 6:10 pm). They’ll set off on a roughly 3.5 mile run over the Ben Franklin Bridge and back where a $5 CASH donation means you can enjoy discounted beers and the chance to win some cool prizes. Just like years before, there is a charity function involved. At the end of the run, your $5 CASH donation gets you the beer discount and 1 free raffle ticket (additional raffle tix available for sale, also CASH ONLY). Dining Out For Life ~ April 18 ~ This event helps raise funds for local HIV/AIDS services. More than 150 restaurants across the city and throughout the Delaware Valley area, participate in the event on Thursday and donate a portion of the day’s proceeds to the cause. ~ Dining Out For Life ~
