‘Become a Star While Having Fun’

Who here likes Bocce? Know what Bocce is about? Not good at horseshoes? Always wanted to play curling?

Well, welcome the Bocce League of Philadelphia. Bocce, aka Bocce Ball, is a ball sport that was developed in Italy and is easy to learn. Not only is Bocce a game, but is for fun and a great way to socialize.

History of Major League Bocce

When the DC Bocce League first started over 7 years ago, they managed to cultivate a faithful following of members through their vast network of friends, family, co-workers, drinking buddies… even the occasional romantic partner.  Word of mouth alone saw them achieve 50 members that first year, and word of mouth continues to be the primary method of attracting and retaining their 7,000+ membership across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

In the Fall of 2011, they brought bocce “home” to Philadelphia (3 of the 4 co-founders are from Philly!).  Not only was this their first expansion outside of the DC-metro area, this is the first time they are officially launching their new national brand: Major League Bocce.

Now in the Spring of 2012 we are adding more locations, and more fun!
