‘Get Animal CrAzY with Flannel Animal & Philly Loves Beer’
We know Philadelphia loves its beer and Philadelphians love fun and crazy events as well!
Join Philly Loves Beer and cheer on the quirky all-male fashion show at Johnny Brenda’s, Sunday, April 8 at 6 pm, as they strut their stuff down the catwalk at the second annual fundraiser – Flannel Animal!
The entrance to this fun event is $30 for VIP and $10 for general admission. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door. This events helps support Philly’s diverse beer community!
Hosted by the lovely and always fashion-forward Fanci DisMount Stratton, Flannel Animal will showcase 10 local beer celebrities, all dressed in flannel and competing in a variety of fun and entertaining categories, including: Evening Wear, Formal Wear and Wild Card round. Judging the contest will be an all-female panel of industry movers and shakers, including: Marisa Magnatta (WMMR), Danya Henninger (Editor of Billy Penn) and Timaree Leigh (of DTF & contributing writer of Philly Weekly). The top five contestants will advance to the Final Round, where they will be vying for 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes.
Philly Loves Beer is a year-round entity devoted to raising Philadelphia’s global profile as a destination city for beer tourism; and monetary donations are necessary to support ongoing programming, such as Opening Tap, Beer Madness, Philly Beer Week’s European Vacation, along with various industry nights, educational seminars and networking events, all designed to uphold Philly’s reputation as the Best Beer-Drinking City in America.
