‘Get Your Fine Tasting Scrapple Treats!’
Calling all scrapple lovers! Enjoy all things scrapple at Scrapple Day at Reading Terminal Market on Saturday, May 12 from 11 am to 2:oo pm!
ScrappleGoers will be able to taste scrapple specials from 15 + merchants throughout the market, live cooking demo by Rappa/Habbersette scrapple that will be taking place in City Kitchen and live blues music by Shakey Lyman.
Some of the Market’s merchants will either be using various brands of scrapple in their specialty dishes for this event, or creating their own form of scrapple mixed in with their food items.
One of the Market’s merchants, Beck’s Cajun Cafe, will be creating Shrimp-Andouille scrapple with a fried egg and cheese, served on French bread as a specialty Po’ Boy.
