Get ready to bring your appetite and walking shoes.

The South Street Headhouse Spring Festival brings 7 blocks of food, live music, arts and crafts, a kid zone and much more. You can get the full scoop here: Food, Live Music, Family Fun & More

Guests will be able to try food from 30+ restaurants, bars, food trucks and vendors. We had the pleasure of sampling some food and drinks prior to the event, and we can tell you that you all are in for a treat. Some of the food and specialty drinks are below. The line-up will consist of:

  • Bistro Romano – Macaroni & cheese, beef shortribs, fresh watermelon vodka coolers, house-made yukon gold potato chips with Gorgonzola cheese sauce, cannolis
  • The Bacon Jams –  bacon jam made with quality bacon comes in many flavors: All Original, Red Chile & Garlic, Black Pepper
  • Boyler Room – Fish tacos with slaw; roast pork sandwich, chicken nuggets, fruit salad, beer
  • Brauhaus Schmitz – Maifest same day – Bratwurst with or without sauerkraut, roast pork platter with potato salad and sauerkraut  German beers, German dancers & more
  • Bridget Foy’sOutdoor grill – Cheeseburgers, beer bratwurst, sangria, beer, margaritas, Cracker Jack sundaes
  • Calle Del Sabor – Burrito, tacos (Korean Pork, Three Little Pig, El Toro, Baja Fish), jerk chicken platter, S’more Panada
  • Cavanuagh’s Heahouse – special mac & cheese & sangria
  • Copabanana – beef sliders & margaritas
  • Cow and the Curd (food truck) – Their Wisconsin cheese curds
  • Fat Tuesday – Drinks like the 190 Octane (our favorite), Hurricane, Blue Raspberry, Rum Runner, Banana Banshee & many more
  • Gozen Yogurt – Make your own yogurt sundaes 
  • Istanbul Restaurant – Lamb gyro, chicken gyro, hummus and pita platter, baba ganoush, rolled grape leaves with rice, baklava
  • Las Bugambilias – Mexican music and live entertainment, cafe seating special outside for day, food service from inside
  • LIL’ Pop Shop – Unique ice pops hand-crafted in small batches from a seasonal assortment of fresh, natural, locally-sourced ingredients
  • Lovash – Indian cuisine specialties 
  • Manny Brown’s – Cafe seating outside, food from inside, live entertainment 
  • Mojo’s Pop Co – Handmade toffee popcorn in different variations – gluten free, all natural, made with love. 
  • Mom Pops – All Natural gourmet, vegan, allergen friendly ice-pop
  • Paddy Whacks – Jameson Select Reserve, Guinness & pub food
  • Primo Hoagies – spicy sausage sandwiches, meatball sandwiches & more
  • Queen Village Food Market – Virgin Pina Colada in fresh pineapples, whole fruit bananas and apples, mixed fresh fruit cups
  • Redwood – beef sliders & margaritas
  • Rita’s Water Ice – Variety of water ices
  • Samosa Indian Food Truck – Samosas, Pakora, Aloo Chat, Saag Paneer, Aloo Paneer, Rice Pilaf, Aloo Gogi, Biryani, Mutter Paneer, Chapati, Naan, Puri,Tres Leches
  • South Terminal Market – grocery and candy store to serve variety of bulk candies, nuts, snacks, etc. 
  • St. Lucifer Spice – St. Lucifer Spice bottled spices
  • Supper – American comfort food, Fried Chicken Scratch Biscuits, Strawberry Shortcake, etc.
  • Sweet Life –  banana pudding, strawberry banana pudding, banana pudding sundae with chocolate and walnuts, cupcakes, cookies 
  • Tattooed Mom – specialty drinks
  • Tuk Tuk Real – Variety of tacos (carnitas, al pastor, tinga), fried plantains, pad thai, crab rangoon, chicken satay, fried rice, fried tortilla chips, cheesesteak spring rolls
  • Twisted Tail – Outdoor grill – Cheddar cheeseburger, grilled corn on the cob, grilled asparagus, beer, house-made lemonade
  • Woolly Mammoth – beer

Hint: Save room as you enjoy the day and try food from various restaurants, bars and vendors. Just make sure you leave Sunday open for a day of rest! Enjoy the South Street Headhouse Spring Festival!
