'20 + Creative Philly Sandwiches' Jake's Sandwich Board was an establishment that was created by Sean Stein and Gary Dorfan and opened in May 2010. Gary once had Jake's Cheesesteaks and wanted to expand his menu.  Sean basically made this statement to us, "We wanted to bring back a classic sandwich place and put a little twist on the actual sandwiches, making them unique."
