 'Fun In The Sun At Eakins Oval' Eakins Oval, also know as the Oval, has a beachy treat for you! From July 17 to August 18, the Oval will be transformed into a mock beach, which will be offering an array of free activities for all ages. The Oval is located on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, right across from the famous "Rocky" steps that lead up to the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
