Tony Luke’s is officially open inside the Springfield Mall at 1250 Baltimore Pike, bringing its lineup of classic Philly sandwiches to the western suburbs of Delaware County.
The Springfield location quietly opened its doors in early August, with Tony Luke’s officially announcing on August 4 that the new restaurant was fully up and running to serve customers.
For longtime fans of the South Philly-born brand, the menu at the new mall location should be very familiar. Tony Luke’s is serving up all of its staple items cooked to order, including its famous cheesesteaks, roast pork sandwiches, chicken cutlets, chicken cheesesteaks, and seasoned fries.
The arrival of Tony Luke’s adds another strong contender to the local Delco cheesesteak scene. Shoppers looking for a great sandwich now have an easy, familiar option right inside the mall. If you are venturing out around Springfield to compare local favorites, be sure to also stop by Johnny Paisano’s just down the road on Baltimore Pike—a fantastic local vendor and a sleeper hit that serves up an incredible cheesesteak on a sesame seed roll.
