East Passyunk Easter Egg Hunt ~ April 13 ~ FREE – From 11 am – 2 pm. Held at South Philadelphia Older Adults Center (SPOAC) at 1430 E Passyunk Ave (corner of East Passyunk Ave & Dickinson St). It’s that time of year for the kids to search for Easter eggs at the East Passyunk Easter Egg Hunt! During this free event, kids will decorate egg-collecting bags, pose for photos with the Easter Bunny, enjoy music from BenFM and then – hunt for eggs filled with toys and candy.  ~ East Passyunk Easter Egg Hunt ~

Creatures of Habitatte at the Philadelphia Zoo ~ April 13 – September 30 ~ Held at the Philadelphia Zoo at 3400 W. Girard Avenue. Visitors will get to explore 12 amazing life-size LEGO® brick vignettes situated throughout the Zoo. This gazillion piece journey shares the issues animals are facing around the world and spotlights the heroes working to save them. Each life-sized LEGO® brick scene is intricately fashioned from thousands of LEGO® bricks and is on exhibit only at Philadelphia Zoo. Real Ale Invitational at Yard’s Brewing ~ April 14 ~ Held at Yard’s Brewery noon to 4 pm.
