St. Patrick’s Day Parade ~ March 11 ~ Starts at 11: 15 am. The Philadelphia St. Patrick’s Day parade is the 2nd oldest St. Patrick’s Day parade in the country. Nearly 200 different groups with over 20,000 participants will march down Ben Franklin Parkway beginning at 16th and JFK Boulevard and ending at Penn’s Landing.
