Looking for a sports bar to watch Super Bowl 56? We have a large selection of sports bars located all over Philadelphia, from small to large bars. Some bars with 20 + televisions, just so you don’t miss the action.

  • Bar-Ly Chinatown ~ located in Chinatown ~ This large sports bar in Chinatown has 24 tvs as you enjoy a wide selection of 60 draft beers on tap! They also have a tasty choice of Asian-American food! Anything from spring rolls, to pizza, to sandwiches and burgers.

  • BRÜ Craft & Wurst ~ located in Center City at 1318 Chestnut St ~ Enjoy your choice of 39 drafts on tap, eating delicious German food, all while watching the Super Bowl on their 6 flat screen televisions.

  • Buffalo Billiards ~ located in Old City ~ Plenty of room with an upstairs bar and downstairs bar, with 12 draft lines dedicated to all american/local craft and roughly 15 different bottles of beer. If like to play pool, you can enjoy not only the football game and beer, but a game of pool. There are many types of other games inside to keep you occupied once the Super Bowl is over with.

  • Cavanuagh’s Headhouse ~ located in the South Street Headhouse District ~ One large room with 3 other rooms with televisions everywhere. Enjoy their tasty wings and other pub food while you enjoy the game.

  • Cavanaugh’s Restaurant & Sports Bar ~ located in University City ~ A decent rectangular bar that allows you many different views to watch the game. Don’t want to sit at the bar, there are many booths with viewing paths to the televisions while you enjoy some good pub food.

  • Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse ~ located in Rittenhouse Square ~ You have your choice of the upstairs bar or the downstairs bar, with 20 HDTV’s to watch from. Enjoy a wide range of pub food to include their tater tots with bacon and cheese.

  • Chickie’s and Pete’s ~ located at Roosevelt Blvd & South Philly ~ Was voted “North America’s Best Sports Bar” by ESPN. The South Philly’s sports bar is located just a few blocks from Citizen’s Bank Park. How can you go wrong with three bars inside, a 14-foot television and Chickie’s and Pete’s signature Crab Fries.

  • City Tap Logan House ~ located in Logan Square at 2 Logan Square. ~ Watch the Super Bowl on one of the largest televisions in Center City, 18 x 19 foot video screen, while enjoying their delicious food and beer! If you are a craft beer lover, get wowed by their 35 + craft beers!

  • City Tap House University ~ Located in University City at 3925 Walnut St. They have 60 beers on tap with plenty of televisions for your viewing pleasure.

  • Craftsman Row Saloon ~ located in Center City at 112 S. 8th St ~ Enjoy wings, nachos, burgers, beer specials – all while watching the game on five large televisions.

  • Drinkers Pub ~ located in Rittenhouse Square at 1903 Chestnut St ~ Enjoy food & beer specials. It’s a place where you can play some pool before or after the football game. There is definitely a lot of space to move around, and with many tables.

  • Fadó Irish Pub ~ located in Center City/Rittenhouse Squarea area ~ Fado may be an Irish bar that has a nice selection of 14 draft beers, but is set up nice as a sports bar with a large HDTV in the pit with comfortable seating. There are also several televisions throughout the bar and if you want to get away from it all, there are many nooks and crannies for a little privacy.

  • Field House ~ Located in the Pennsylvania Convention Center ~ Field House has 30+ draft beers and every table and booth has a view of one of the 35+ televisions, located in five distinct sound zones throughout the two-story space. They also have two big screen projectors, one in the main dining room and one in the private room, but the reservations to get seated near these fill up usually a week before. For Super Bowl specials, enjoy $10 pizzas and $4 select cans.

  • Founding Fathers Sports Bar & Grill ~ Located in the Rittenhouse Square/Graduate Hospital area at 1612 South St. Good food, 20 different beers on tap and 13 televisions every where.
  • Garage Fishtown ~ located at 100 E Girard Ave ~ Enjoy over 300 variations of canned beers while watching the game on 9 different televisions! 
  • Hilltown Tavern in Fairmount ~ located at 795 N 24th St in Fairmount ~ Enjoy good pub food while watching the game on 9 different televisions. 
  • Irish Pub ~ located at 2007 Walnut St ~ Enjoy your Super Bowl game with tvs, drinks specials and at both locations, if you pick the winner of the game, you get 20% off your check!

  • Iron Hill Brewery ~  Located in Center City at 1150 Market Street with another 15 locations. Enjoy their Wing + Growler deal! 1 order of large wings plus 1 growler of their signature beer for $30! (Wings and growler promotion valid on take-out only and includes a growler of Signature beer.) Iron Hill also recommends that you pair hot & spicy foods with IPAs and pair baked, breaded, or fried foods with Lagers.

  • McGillin’s Old Al House ~ located in Market East section ~ Why not watch the Super Bowl at the oldest bar in Philadelphia, dating back some 150 years.  With 8 televisions, you can decide to stay downstairs or go upstairs while deciding over the 30 draft beers of choice.

  • Miller’s Ale House ~ located in South Philly at 2100 S. Columbus Blvd ~ Enjoy food, beers and drinks while watching on roughly 70 different tvs located throughout their bar areas and restaurant area.  Savor food selections such as Filet Mignon and original pasta dishes to fresh salads and their signature fresh, boneless chicken Zingers tossed in your favorite sauces,  as their extensive menu offers something for everyone. There are 75 beer varieties, including sought-after foreign imports and craft brews, signature cocktail pitchers and loads of specialty drinks as well.

  • Misconduct Tavern ~ located in Rittenhouse Square & Center City ~ Rittenhouse Square >The tavern has a relaxed setting with 10 HDTV’s. They have a well-rounded pub menu to go with their 12 beers on tap that change regularly, 50+ bottled beers, and some of the better beer specials in Philadelphia. Center City > Large bar in the middle with 8+ large screen televisions throughout and many tables as well. 2nd Location1801 John F Kennedy Blvd!

  • Nick’s Bar & Grille ~ Located in Old City at 16 S. 2nd St. They will be serving $14 beer buckets and $5 City Wides. Feeling hungry? We definitely vouch for their burgers and roast beef sandwiches! Besides the bar, they do have tables in the back.

  • O’Neals Irish Pub & Restaurant ~ located in South Street District/Queen Village Area ~ This Irish Sports Bar right off of South Street in Philadelphia is 2 floors of fun. They have their share of HDTV’s with 19 + Beers on draught, including the area’s only “Real Ale” beer engine and over 100 bottles available for six-pack takeout. And if Spoonie is around, the owner of O’Neals, the fun increases.

  • Paddy Whacks Irish Pub ~ located in South Street District/Society Hill area ~ This clean and spacious Irish Pub with two main bars down stairs, a 2nd floor dining area with a bar; is a casual-relaxing place to watch the Super Bowl. There are enough televisions around the bars for you to enjoy a selection of 15 appetizers, with 15 draught beers on tap, and 19 bottled beers while watching your team.

  • Plough & the Stars ~ Located in Old City District on 2nd Street, in between Market & Chestnut Streets. Not a true sports bar, but they have one large screen that can be seen from both the bar and throughout the restaurant. They also have a 50″ tv near the bar and another screen on the 2nd floor.

  • Tabu Lounge & Sports Bar ~ located in Washington Square West – Gayborhood – 200 S. 12th St ~ A very friendly bar with good food & drinks with great customer service. Enjoy citywide menu and the Pup Brunch on February 4 starting at 12 pm.

  • Tir Na Nog ~ located Logan Square / Penn Center Area ~ 1600 Arch St ~ They will not only have Bud Light and Goose Island beers for $4, but they are bringing in a few larger screen televisions so there shouldn’t be a bad seat in the house.

  • The Post ~ Located in University City at 129 S. 30th St. Snag $10 nacho boats, $3 select drafts and more. And if you want to relive the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl victory, the game will be on every other tv!
  • Urban Saloon ~ Located in Fairmount ~ This bar/restaurant has 7 large screen HDTV’s, twelve taps, 60+ bottles/cans, and a diverse menu of pub food!

  • Urban Village Brewing Company ~ Located in Northern Liberties at 1001 N. 2nd St ~ Enjoy the Eagles game on five 60-inch HDTVs. Discounted snacks and beers from 6 pm to 10 pm to include $3 pints brewed in-house and $10 pizzas.

  • XFINITY Live –  located in South Philly, right outside the 3 major Philadelphia Sports Complexes. You have 5 different bars to choose from, or the main area which is the NBC Sports arena.

Keep in mind that everyone has their own taste of what types of sports bars they like. This list is just our suggestions for sports bars in Philadelphia that you might enjoy when looking for a good place to rest your feet while watching the Super Bowl.
