The square will come alive and glow with 30 larger-than-life illuminated displays such as a huge 200-foot long phoenix, pandas, sea creatures, mythological creatures and more. Roots Picnic ~ June 1 ~ Starts at noon at The Mann Center at 5201 Parkside Avenue. The annual music festival curated by and named for Philly hip-hop band The Roots returns to the city with an all-star lineup that includes Lil Baby, 21 Savage, H.E.R. and a host of other acts.
