Old City Fest ~ October 13Free to attend – pay-as-you-go. From 11 am – 6 pm. Centered at Third & Arch streets in the Old City District. Festivalgoers can enjoy crafts, exhibitions and demonstrations along the closed-to-traffic thoroughfares.
