This weekend kicks off with Valentine’s Day specials at some of the most romantic restaurants and the continuation of  ice skating at Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest in Penn’s Landing and Ice Skating at Dilworth Park. During the weekend enjoy a new exhibit at Penn Museum, farmers’ markets, magic shows and much more. The weekend ends with romance at many restaurants in Philly, Chinese New Year Celebrations and an Irish Session at the Plough and the Stars.
