‘Philadelphia Marathon Weekend’

Welcome 30,000 participants to the City of Brotherly Love. For those who are visiting, enjoy the marathon events and everything else this wonderful city has to offer.

This weekend kicks off with a grand illumination celebration at Peddler’s Village tonight. As well, enjoy ice skating at the Rothman Ice Rink at Dilworth Park, the holiday light show at Franklin Park, and holiday shopping at different venues. Also enjoy activities such as the Mary Poppins show, magic shows, farmers’ markets, Philadelphia Marathon activities and much more. End your weekend with either the Philadelphia Eagles game or watch runners at the Philadelphia Marathon.

In upcoming weeks, get ready for the Thanksgiving Day Parade, Ice Skating at the Penn’s Landing Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest, holiday light shows, Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremonies, Deck the Alley and much more.
