The weekend kicks off with the continuation of celebrating Jazz Appreciation month and Manayunk Restaurant Week, a free historic chocolate making demonstration, Easter activities and events, the opening of Dr. Seuss’s Cat in the Hat, the PHAIR Open Air Market, Free yoga, magic shows and the ending with the South Street Easter Promenade and the Philly Zombie Crawl.

  • South Street Easter Promenade ~ April 20 ~ Free event for families that starts at 12:30 pm. The parade leaves from South Street and Passyunk Avenue at 12:30 pm and heads down South Street to 2nd Street.
